What does it cost to list?

Nothing. Listing is free — Napsteer earns a 5% service fee from the renter plus margin on managed transport. You keep your full rental rate.

When do I get paid?

Payouts land by ACH approximately 21 days after each rental period ends, after any owner-responsible maintenance costs are reconciled.

What if a renter damages my machine?

The four-stage inspection record establishes condition at every handoff. Confirmed renter-caused damage is covered under the protection program up to $500k per rental, with total-loss replacement for machines under 5 years old.

Who handles maintenance during long rentals?

Routine wear items during use are the renter's responsibility; scheduled preventive service is coordinated through Napsteer on ~250-hour intervals. You'll never be surprised by a service bill.

Can I decline a rental request?

Always. You control availability, blackout dates, and can decline any request from your fleet dashboard.
